We are currently looking for a Growth Manager for our client's Kyiv office — one of Ukraine’s leading developers and manufacturers of UAVs for defense.
Their innovative solutions are already empowering our defenders to accomplish missions effectively and save lives. As the company expands, it aims to strengthen its global presence and deliver even more cutting-edge technologies to support Ukraine’s defense efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing the company's international potential and expanding its global presence.
- Gathering, analyzing and presenting data on target international markets, evaluating consumer demand and behavior.
- Participation in exhibitions and conferences in Ukraine and worldwide, showcasing the company and its products and establishing connections with potential clients and partners.
- Analyzing event outcomes, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to enhance future participation and engagement.
- Managing communication with foreign partners and ensuring the full execution of international contracts.
- Participation in the launch of the company's product exports.
Key Skills:
- Proven Expertise in international strategic market expansion.
- High level of autonomy, proactive decision-making, and accountability in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills for engaging with global partners and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to navigate uncertainty and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
