Currently, we're seeking a Growth Manager for our client's office in Kyiv. They are one of the largest Ukrainian developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.

Their products are already helping our defenders effectively achieve their goals and save lives. Now the company is actively growing to be able to provide the Ukrainian army with more technological solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Market Research: gathering and analyzing data on target international markets, evaluating consumer demand and behavior.
  • Strategic Planning: setting goals and objectives for entering new markets, developing a phased action plan.
  • Marketing Research: analyzing competitors in target markets, assessing market niches, and identifying product opportunities.
  • Product and Service Adaptation: modifying or refining products to meet the requirements and preferences of local consumers, localizing content and user interfaces.
  • Creating Marketing Campaigns: developing and implementing advertising strategies, utilizing various channels for promotion (social media, online advertising, traditional media).
  • Establishing Partnerships: finding local partners and distributors, conducting negotiations and concluding cooperation agreements with non-commercial organizations and government.
  • Legal Support: ensuring compliance with local laws and regulatory requirements, registering trademarks and patents.
  • Financial Planning: creating and managing a budget for international market entry, analyzing and controlling financial metrics.
  • Operational Support: organizing logistics processes and supply chains, ensuring uninterrupted operations in new markets.
  • Project Management: coordinating all aspects of the project for entering a new market, managing teams and resources.
  • Customer Support: establishing customer support services in local languages, ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Training and Development: preparing local teams for work in the new market, organizing trainings and educational programs.
  • Monitoring and Results Analysis: continuous monitoring of market conditions and strategy effectiveness, preparing reports and recommendations for improvements.
  • Risk Management: identifying potential risks and developing strategies to minimize them, iImplementing action plans in crisis situations.
  • Pricing Policy Development: determining the optimal pricing strategy for the new market, analyzing competitive prices and consumer expectations.
  • Feedback Collection: establishing channels for receiving feedback from customers and partners, analyzing feedback and implementing improvements.
  • Participation in Exhibitions and Conferences: presenting the company at international events, establishing contacts with potential clients and partners.
  • Coordination with the Central Office: ensuring consistency of actions between international offices and central management.
  • Regular communication and reporting to management.
