Currently, we're seeking Head of Sales for our client's office in Kyiv. They are one of the largest Ukrainian developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.
Their products are already helping our defenders effectively achieve their goals and save lives. Now the company is actively growing to be able to provide the Ukrainian army with more technological solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of an international sales strategy to expand the company’s presence in global markets.
- Building partnerships with international government and commercial organizations to promote the company’s products on the global market.
- High-level negotiations with key clients and strategic partners regarding contract agreements, defining terms of cooperation, and ensuring long-term relationships.
- Coordination and control of all stages of international sales, including preparing commercial proposals, participating in international tenders, adhering to export regulations, and fulfilling contractual obligations.
- Hiring and development of the sales team, implementing effective training and motivation approaches.
- Development and adaptation of pricing policies for international markets, considering market conditions and export specifics.
- Close cooperation with the R&D department to ensure product compliance with international customer requirements and safety standards.
- Assessment and minimization of risks when entering into international contracts, considering legal, financial, and reputational aspects.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in managing international sales, with a focus on the European and North American markets.
- 3+ years of experience leading a sales team, including building efficient processes and team development.
- Proven experience in high-level negotiations with corporate clients, including representatives of military organizations.
- Excellent communication and diplomatic skills for interacting with clients, government representatives, and key stakeholders.
- Experience in lobbying and strategically promoting the company in the defense contracting sector.
- Ability to work effectively in high-responsibility and dynamic environments.
